This section shows the information for a property posting. The main header is actually the name of a property; follow by weather the property is for Sell or for Rent. The information of Sell or Rent will be displayed based on the action that you select (Rent or Sell or both). When you select “Sell”, the label “Sell” will be displayed in the property title when visitor views your property posting. So, you do not need to write your own title such as “Metropolitan Square for Sell”.
Next are the City/Area/Location and also the State. Please make sure that the City/Area/Location is written based on the exact location where the property is located. For example, Damansara Perdana or Mon’t Kiara. Do not put as 2 locations for example Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya. This is because based on the specified City/Area/Location provided; your posting will be displayed in the Related Property section (See Section 8 ) if a user is viewing other property that is located in the same City/Area/Location that you specified. For example, if a user is viewing a property in Damansara Perdana, your posting might appear in the Related Property section if you put the City/Area/Location as Damansara Perdana.
